The Role As a Team Coordinator , you will be responsible in accepting and monitoring documents from partner developers and c oordinating with internal and external clients. How you'll contribute Acts as the team's point person in Head Office whenever TL or Sales Officers are out of the office Monitors the release and return of LOGs by all developers sourced by either Branch or Developer Channel Sales Officers Attends to walk-in applicant query, phone call and email from internal and external customer Facilitates delivery of MCs to developers and return of ORs to SFU on a timely manner Requests for user access, desktop, and other IT related concerns of employees in the team Request accreditation of developer's new projects on dashboard and monitors the release of Project accreditation report Maintains an accurate MIS database for the team based on generated reports from MIS unit What we’re looking for Graduated of bachelor’s degree in business studies/administration/management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking. With 0-2 years relevant work experience.
