POSITION : SALES ASSISTANT REPORTS TO : SALES TEAM LEADER DIRECTY SUPERVISES : N/A UNIT / DEPARTMENT : DEVELOPER CHANNEL/ SALES / HOME LOANS DIVISION / GROUP : SECURED LENDING DIVISION / RETAIL BANKING SEGMENT JOB SUMMARY The Sales Assistant (SA) assists the Sales Officers, from loan approval until issuance of Letter of Guaranty (LOG) of a home loan account. Proper coordination, swift processing and timely submission of deliverables are expected from this role. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Facilitates face-to-face loan document signing with loan borrower/s based on approved terms and conditions to ensure that it is understood and that all documents are properly signed. Calls-out all approved Home Loan applicants extracted from PM to relay approval terms and to get confirmation on availment. Arrange loan document signing schedule with loan borrowers. If loan document signing is at preferred SBC branch, the SA ensures proper coordination with SBC branch. Prints loan documents prepared by LDRD based on bank approved format at least a day prior to scheduled loan document signing Calls-out loan borrowers to follow-up submission of post-approval requirements needed for LOG issuance Collates signed loan documentation and post approval compliances to be forwarded to HLS for LOG issuance. Sends signed Letter of Guaranty (LOG), Deed of Undertaking (DOU) and Notice of Mortgage (NOM) to buyer/developer. Assists Sales Officers in pre-booking compliances. Endorses loan borrowers to SBC branches preferred by loan borrowers for account opening It is accepted and understood that the employee may perform other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Years of Related Experience: Fresh graduate / less than 1 year Educational Attainment/ Required course (if applicable): Bachelor's / College Degree in Commerce Certification / Professional License: N/A Field of Specialization: Banking and Financial, Sales-Retail Industry: Banking, Credit Card Companies, Real Estate Development Knowledge and Skills Requirement: § Product knowledge § Attention to detail § Effective written and verbal communication skills
