JV Support Officer

About the Role As an Auto Loan Sales Support Officer, you will be a pioneer employee of the new SBC Affiliate– a joint venture between Security Bank Corporation, a leading universal bank in the Philippines and Mitsubishi Motors Corporation, a global automobile company based in Japan! You will be responsible in handling a team of Sales Support Assistants and Admin Assistants undertaking post approval activities to ensure timely review and booking of approved auto loans in coordination with various Sales Channels, Mitsubishi Dealers, and other units to achieve volume targets of Auto Loans. How you'll contribute Oversee a pool of Sales Support Assistants and Admin Assistants specifically handling an assigned Auto Loans Sales Channel. Coordinates with respective Sales Channel Team Heads and Mitsubishi Dealers on requirement completion, booking status and projections. Handles complex accounts requiring approval escalation due to deviation or deferment of requirement based on Pre-booking guidelines. Reviews accounts and ensures timely issuance of credit advice considering completion of requirement and accuracy of information. Tracks issued Approvals to ensure timely booking of auto loan accounts.
