JOB SUMMARY Responsible for assisting the sales officer to achieve the overall volume target of the team and to deliver customer satisfaction, provides reports that are relevant for both external and internal clients. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the checking of individual loan application in the portal prior to forwarding to Credit Assist the account officer in preparation of the accreditation to onboarding of the accounts Review of all returned / rejected loan application forms; preparation of memos, daily turn in and status reports for clients. Update status report for company contact person sent either via email and call out. Responsible in handling client queries pertaining to the loan application. (queries, complaints, loan status, follow-ups) Monitors accounts regarding releasing, refund, payment, posting, approvals, renewal status and other concerns. Interact with the current sales organization and departments in pursuit of overall customer satisfaction. Do call outs to clients, companies, or branches Prepares & maintains MIS reports pertaining to turn-ins, bookings and other relevant data. Performs other duties & functions that may be assigned from time to time JOB QUALIFICATIONS At least 1-2 years of experience as sales and marketing assistant in Consumer Loans or Salary Loans Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Experience in the banking or financial services industry Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field Ability to work independently and collaboratively Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software About SB Finance A young, rapidly growing financial institution with an unwavering drive to empower more and more Filipinos – for both those that we serve and those who are part of our diverse and dynamic team.
