POSITION TITLE : DEDUPER REPORTS TO : FRONT-END TEAM LEADER DIRECTLY SUPERVISES : N/A UNIT/DEPARMENT : UNDERWRITING DEPARTMENT DIVISION/ GROUP : RISK JOB SUMMARY The Deduper is responsible for data file matching versus the internal and external databases on prospective clients of the Company to determine eligibility. Also responsible for encoding of bank statement submitted by client in the bank statement analysis template to aid the Credit Officers to render a sound judgement and credit decision on consumer loan applications. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Conducts data file matching versus internal and external databases for products offered by the Company. Encoding of bank statement submitted by client in the bank statement analysis template. Entertains dedupe requests via email or accounts coursed outside the loans processing systems. Ensures compliance with policies and procedures using the operations manual and underwriting guidelines to control risk. Proactively propose initiatives to achieve or improve productivity, service delivery, and quality of work.
