Special Portfolio Manager (Collections)

About the Role The Special Portfolio Manager handle assigned Teams and would directly supervise Team Leaders of the group. The purpose of this role is to manage the Team and provide strategies to ensure targets are achieved and performance standards are met . How you’ll contribute Ensure effective collector utilization and allocation (including shift management) and daily productivity benchmarks are met. Monitor and update established KPIs of supervised team regularly, to enhance team’s performance. Distribute established KPIs and develop other methods to motivate Insurance and Air Collectors and Team Leaders to maximize productivity and efficiency. Coordinate with teams’ Team Leaders to ensure monitoring of identified opportunities for capacity adjustments or better shift planning and outbound calling strategy is being executed according to design, and the information flow between agents is efficient. Evaluate overall Collector’s performance regularly (including random call listen-ins) with coordination with the Phone Monitoring Officer and Team Leaders to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes to improve efficiency Communicate with other Team Managers within the Department and Team Leaders about dialer performance, outbound and inbound calling trends, to identify opportunities for improvement with respect to overall collections performance. What we're looking for Bachelor’s degree in any field Well-versed in various collection processes Strong people management skills; must have experience managing Team Leaders With knowledge of banking products, processes, and BSP regulations related to collections, consumer protection, and industry standards in complaints management Adaptable to a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on achieving collection goals Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve issues professionally Amenable to working onsite in both Alabang and Makati locations About Security Bank Security Bank is one of the Philippines’ best capitalized private domestic universal banks.
