Sales Strategy Associate

About the Role The Sales Strategy Associate assists the Sales Strategy Head in sales performance monitoring through managing sales data, reporting sales pipeline and sales campaigns/promotions and incentives. Responsibilities also include being the touchpoint for sales-related system implementations, e.g. LOS, CRM, etc. It also the responsibility of the Sales Strategy Associate to analyze data by organizing and maintaining sales collateral for access by the Sales Team, including overseeing various administrative tasks required to ensure proper implementation of the sales process. How you'll contribute Performance ​Monitoring to track, verify, report and review the Business Banking Sales statistics timely. Report will be used to drive business performance which includes campaign and promotional results implemented by CVP.​ ​​Works closely with Business Banking Sales Strategy Head to create/refine Sales Performance Scorecard quarterly to drive desired performance including the proper validation of the Sales Incentives reports.​ Manages day-to-day operations of the sales team, including organizing and maintaining of sales collaterals for Sales Team’s use. ​​Touchpoint for sales-related system implementations – ensures system implementations that will impact sales origination will be smooth and correct, e.g., LOS, CRM ​ What we're looking for Bachelor's Degree Graduate Background in Sales, Operations, Training, Performance Management is advantage Experience in preparing reports in MS Excel and creating presentation in MS PowerPoint targeted at Management audience Strong skills in quantitative analysis and analytical skills to interpret sales data Strong understanding of the sales process to support the Sales Team About Security Bank Security Bank is one of the Philippines’ best capitalized private domestic universal banks.
