Collections Assistant- SB Rental (Makati)

About the Role The Collections Assistant reports to the Operations Officer and supports the Operations Department in the areas of collections, compliance with document deficiencies for Accounts Receivables if needed and other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Operations Officer and/or Operations Head. How you'll contribute · Prepares Auto Debit Collection Module enrollment form for signing by clients. · Monitors enrolled auto debit collection module accounts and check details (i.e. account number, account name, branch, assigned reference number, etc.) · Performs Auto-Debit Collection via Digibanker. · Prepares Statement of Accounts for monthly rental and pre-terminated accounts. · Prepares Collection and Demand Letter. · Prepares summary of post-dated checks and transmits to warehouse custodian. Ensures also the completeness of PDCs submitted by clients. · Prepares monthly Past Due Report. · Performs file back-up procedure for relevant documents using back-up storage application or hard drive to secure data at all times. · Other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Operations Officer and/or Operations Head. What we're looking for ​Bachelor's Degree​ in Business At least 1 year work experience is an advantage Willing to learn new things Organized and with good analytical skills Can work with minimum supervision.
