POSITION TITLE : UW QA OFFICER REPORTS TO : UNDERWRITING SUPPORT TEAM LEADER DIRECTLY SUPERVISES : N/A UNIT/DEPARMENT : UNDERWRITING DEPARTMENT DIVISION/ GROUP : RISK JOB SUMMARY The UW QA Officer is responsible for ensuring compliance with policies and procedures based on underwriting manuals and guidelines. Completes quality evaluations that may be required on a regular interval. Monitor the quality of work of the Underwriting Team. Review and verify processed loan applications and documentation. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure credit underwriting compliance with the policies and procedures to control risk. Verify correctness of information and review various documents provided and captured on the system. Monitors team performance and adherence to SLA. Make initiatives for process improvements to further improve quality of work. It is accepted and understood that the employee may perform other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Years of Work Experience: 4 years and up Educational Attainment/ Required course ( if applicable) : Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Commerce, Finance / Accountancy / Banking Required Certification/ Professional License ( if applicable ): Field of Specialization ( if applicable ): Banking and Financial, Credit Evaluation, Banking, Lending Companies, Financial Technology ( Fintech ) Knowledge and Skills Requirement: Knowledge on credit process Self-motivated Strong interpersonal skill Time management Detail-oriented
