This role demands a strategic leader with deep expertise in designing, implementing, and managing secure identity solutions tailored for the banking sector. The successful candidate will oversee a team of engineers, drive the development of scalable CIAM platforms, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards. This position requires a blend of technical acumen, leadership capabilities, and a strong understanding of cybersecurity challenges unique to financial institutions. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in identity and access management engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role within the banking or financial services industry. Proven expertise in CIAM platforms such as ForgeRock, Okta, Ping Identity, or similar technologies. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, banking regulations (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR, PSD2), and compliance standards. Experience with cloud-based identity solutions and integration with multi-factor authentication and single sign-on technologies. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) are highly desirable. Lead and manage the CIAM engineering team to design, develop, and maintain secure identity and access management solutions tailored for banking applications. Develop and implement CIAM strategies that align with Security Bank Corporation’s cybersecurity policies and regulatory compliance requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT security, compliance, and application development to integrate CIAM solutions seamlessly across banking platforms. Oversee the architecture and deployment of scalable authentication, authorization, and user management systems ensuring high availability and performance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating emerging CIAM technologies and incorporating best practices to enhance security posture. Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of CIAM-related projects within budget and schedule. Establish and enforce security standards, policies, and procedures related to identity and access management in accordance with banking industry regulations. Mentor and develop engineering team members, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and professional growth. Coordinate incident response and vulnerability management related to identity and access management systems. Prepare and present technical reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders on CIAM program status and risk assessments.
