Sales Support Assistant

The Sales Support Assistant is responsible for checking the completeness of documents compliance for Auto Loans. How you'll contribute Performs tasks such as but not limited to application encoding (fleet), monitoring, loan booking, compliance and submission of reports. Directly assists the Sales Officers in processing loans from application to booking. Monitors applications received from branches and coordinate with the branch personnel regarding customer’s loan applications status. (regular update) Ensures that processing TAT is met across the process from loan application, approval/decision, booking and disbursement of loan proceeds. Ensures compliance of document deficiencies and coordinate with respective parties within acceptable TAT. Reviews rejected loan applications and requests for reconsideration when necessary, such as DIR computation, acceptance of unacceptable collateral and other related requests. Ensures compliance of document deficiencies within acceptable TAT Coordinates with internal departments in the course of loan processing. Evaluates, recommends and approves deviation requests and signing authorities in accordance with given lending authority Communicate with Branches, Dealers or Sales Agents in carrying out the release of approved accounts.
