P OSITION TITLE : Identity Access Administrator REPORTS TO : Identity Access Management Head DIRECTLY SUPERVISES : N/A UNIT / DEPARTMENT : Identity Access Management Department DIVISION/GROUP : Information Security Division / Information Technology Group JOB SUMMARY The IAM Administrator is responsible for managing and supporting Identity and Access Management services within the organization's infrastructure. This role involves configuring and maintaining IAM solutions to ensure secure, efficient, and compliant access to critical applications and systems. The IAM Administrator collaborates with various teams, including IAM Engineering and Information Security, to align policies and assist with modernization initiatives. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting IAM solutions, implementing access control mechanisms, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards. Additionally, they collaborate with cross-functional teams to address IAM challenges and enhance overall access management frameworks. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Oversee the creation, maintenance, and deletion of user accounts and access permissions. · Implement and manage access control mechanisms, such as Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Single-Sign On (SSO). · Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Identity and Access Management solutions. · Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security standards. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist with IAM modernization initiatives. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Years of Experience: 2 – 3 Years of experience Educational Attainment/Required Course (if applicable) : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Required/Preferred Certification/Professional License (if applicable) : · CompTIA Security+ · ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity · CIAM – Certified Identity Access Manager (optional) · CAMS – Certified Access Management Specialist (optional) Knowledge and Skills Requirement · See Annex A for the Leadership & Functional Capability Framework Field of Specialization ( if applicable ): · Identity Access Management · Cybersecurity
