General Mechanic

Fabricate, install, maintain, repair, test, troubleshoot and perform predictive and preventative maintenance on production equipment and plant utility facilities.

• Check, i nsta ll, c l e an, a d just and cal i brat e g a uge s, r e gu l at o rs, val ve s, c y l in d e rs and p u m ps.
• Use gau g e s, i nstru m ents a n d te s t i ng equ i p m ent t o perf o rm l aser ali g n m ent, u l t ras o nic t es t i n g, non- d e s tructive t e s t i ng, and v i brat i o n a n al ys i s on m il l e q u i p me nt a n d m ach i nes.
• Tr o ub l esho o t, r e pa i r, or adjust hydraul i c and e l e c t r o- h y drau l ic equ i p m ent s y s t e m s.
• M ainta i n t he opera t i o n o f plant uti li t y s ys t e m s such as; s t ea m, wat e r, natural gas, a n d c o m pre s sed a i r.
• M ak e necessary updates and m achine se t u p s. P e rf o r m s cutt i n g, b u rn i ng and c e rt i fied w e l din g.
• Read and int e rpret blueprints and d i agra m s. Use i m ag i ng s y s t em t o ma k e updates and chan g e s.
• Rec o rd, int e rpret, and rea c t t o i nf o r m at i o n o n SPC for m, charts, and g rap h s.
• Select s ched u led w o rk ord e rs ba s es on e qu i p m ent prior i ti e s
