As SourceHub , we are responsible for delivering Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Procurement and Supply Chain, Legal and Compliance, and general administrative services with efficiency and quality. We are seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to support the execution of commission calculation and administration processes, ensuring the accuracy, organization, and compliance of commission-related data. This position is ideal for early-career professionals who are interested in developing skills in data analysis, process auditing, and financial operations while working in a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement.

Support the monthly commission calculation and validation process. Perform preliminary analyses and reconciliations of commission payment data. Identify discrepancies and initiate investigations to resolve and correct variances. Support internal audits by collecting, organizing, and providing data and documentation. Log and track issues, ensuring appropriate resolution of identified open items. Assist in validating information received from various systems and external partners. Monitor operational metrics and controls related to commission processes. Maintain up-to-date documentation of departmental processes and procedures. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the quality and integrity of processed information. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency enhancements.

Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Advanced/Fluent English, with the ability to lead meetings, deliver presentations, and engage with global stakeholders. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of financial or accounting processes is considered a plus.
