Learn more about what it’s like working at Schneider Downs here: WHAT YOU’LL DO Build and maintain strong client relationships while leading audit, consulting and compliance engagements Apply your knowledge of technical accounting and financial reporting standards to help clients address complex business needs Lead the development of effective audit approaches using applicable standards and firm methodology Manage engagement workflow, timelines and team resources to support high-quality client service Collaborate with other practice areas to bring industry insight and a coordinated service approach to clients Monitor engagement profitability and support billing analysis for assigned engagements Use strong analytical skills and accounting software knowledge to evaluate information and communicate insights Coach, mentor and motivate team members through feedback, career guidance and day-to-day leadership Represent the firm and grow your professional network through community events, industry organizations and relationship-building opportunities
