Senior FP&A Analyst

Financial Planning Analysis (FP A) is a key component of our internal finance team and is a critical operational finance partner for our practices, offering confident communication, strategic insight and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization. As the Senior FP A Analyst , you will support leaders across multiple practices, providing financial insights that drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, an ownership mentality and a proactive, go-getter attitude to a dynamic and collaborative environment. Schneider Downs has embraced the hybrid work model, so this role will have flexibility working from home, as well as in the office.
