Mission

作为育碧上海的 资深角色美术师 Senior Character Artist，你将参与 Just Dance 项目角色资产的全流程制作，在保证艺术质量的同时，兼顾技术规范与项目节奏，并与美术及跨职能团队紧密协作。

As a Senior Character Artist at Ubisoft Shanghai, you will contribute to the full character asset production pipeline for Just Dance, balancing artistic quality, technical constraints, and project timelines while collaborating closely with cross-disciplinary teams.

What you will do

理解美术资源限制、项目里程碑与潜在风险，并据此合理安排制作工作

收集、整理并分析角色与服装参考资料，确保整体风格一致

根据美术总监的视觉方向制作角色模型

制作高质量、高细节的角色模型及相关资产

为项目早期测试与引擎集成提供代理模型

建适合绑定与动画的低多边形模型，满足引擎性能要求

完成模型的 UV 展开 并制作高质量贴图

根据主美术师与美术总监的反馈进行修改与优化

确保角色建模与贴图工作的质量与按时交付

指导并支持经验较少的美术师，促进团队整体成长

Understand asset limitations, production milestones, and potential risks, and plan work accordingly

Gather and study visual references for characters and costumes

Create character models aligned with the Art Director’s vision

Produce high-quality, detailed character models and related assets

Provide proxy models for early testing and engine integration

Build efficient, rig-friendly low-poly models for in-game use

Perform UV unwrapping and create high-quality texture maps

Address feedback from the Lead Artist and Art Director and iterate on assets

Ensure quality and on-time delivery of character modeling and texturing work

Mentor and support less experienced artists within the team

What you will bring

具备游戏项目中角色建模与贴图制作的相关经验

熟练使用 Maya、ZBrush、Photoshop 或同类工具

熟悉 Marvelous Designer 的角色服装制作流程

具备扎实的 高模制作与数字雕刻能力

熟练掌握低模建模与动画拓扑结构

具备良好的贴图、UV、法线贴图制作能力，并理解 PBR 流程

对人体结构、比例、形体与轮廓有良好理解

具备良好的自我管理能力与团队协作意识，能够在既定时间内推进工作

Hands-on experience in character modeling and texturing for game projects

Proficiency with Maya, ZBrush, Photoshop, or equivalent tools

Strong working knowledge of Marvelous Designer for clothing creation

Solid skills in high-poly modeling and digital sculpting

Strong understanding of low-poly modeling and animation topology

Good texturing, UV, and normal map baking skills with knowledge of PBR workflows

Strong sense of human anatomy, proportions, form, and silhouette

Ability to manage tasks independently while working collaboratively within a team
