About The Role

Why Shopflo

Shopflo started with a simple belief - checkout is the most under-innovated part of e-commerce. We built India’s checkout-as-a-service platform for D2C brands, helping over 1,000 merchants improve conversion rates, reduce fraud in COD orders, and deliver a seamless buying experience. Brands like Dot & Key, Nestasia, and The Sleep Company trust us to run their checkout.

In 2026, we were acquired by Pine Labs - one of India’s most established fintech infrastructure companies. That means we now have the distribution, merchant relationships, and resources of a large fintech, while continuing to operate with the pace and ownership culture of a product team.

Startup DNA. Enterprise backing. Real product. Real traction.

The Role

The Growth PM at Shopflo will support and drive product-led growth initiatives across the checkout and post-purchase journey. This role focuses on improving merchant revenue outcomes by optimizing acquisition-to-conversion flows, reducing drop-offs, increasing prepaid share, and improving repeat behavior.

You will work at the intersection of product, data, and engineering, helping identify growth opportunities, run experiments, and ship high-quality features that directly impact GMV, conversion rate, AOV, and retention for D2C brands.

This role is execution-heavy, data-driven, and deeply collaborative with engineering.

What you will do

Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Support the growth roadmap across checkout, payments, upsells, RTO reduction, and post-purchase experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rate, prepaid share, AOV, repeat purchases, and merchant revenue.
  • Translate customer insights, merchant feedback, and data signals into clear product requirements.
  • Help prioritize the growth backlog based on impact, effort, and business value.

Data Analysis & Experimentation

  • Track and analyze key growth metrics such as conversion rate, funnel drop-offs, AOV, prepaid vs COD mix, repeat rate, and feature adoption.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the checkout funnel and propose structured solutions.
  • Plan and support A/B tests and growth experiments in collaboration with engineering and design.
  • Build dashboards and synthesize insights to drive decisions across teams.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering on sprint planning, execution, and release velocity.
  • Partner with design to ensure growth features improve both performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing, solutions, and merchant-facing teams to align product initiatives with business goals.
  • Support smooth execution of launches, experiments, and feature rollouts.

Product Quality & Lifecycle Management

  • Own detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure engineering-ready specs.
  • Monitor product quality post-release, track bugs and regressions, and drive improvements.
  • Gather feedback from merchants and internal stakeholders to continuously refine growth features.
  • Ensure timely releases with strong quality benchmarks.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in Product, Growth, or Business Analysis
  • Strong understanding of conversion funnels, customer journeys, and growth levers in D2C/e-commerce.
  • Hands-on experience working closely with engineering teams.
  • Exposure to analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, etc.) and experimentation frameworks.
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with data.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
