SAP FSM Technical Project Manager(W/M/D)

Drive and support global process initiatives in collaboration with process teams and end users. (tool functionality development, process mapping, improvement, and training) Work closely with other Process Drivers to align and harmonize processes across all service functions. Contribute to the creation of documentation and training materials (process flows, mapping etc.). Boost KPIs performance by developing and tracking process KPIs across key functions. Lead or actively participate in global tool system developments supporting the company’s strategy.
