Manager Engineering Process & Tools

Lead the strategic roadmap and execution of engineering tools including PLM, BOM structure, and CAD systems. Drive the completion of the engineering tools alignment project across the Sidel group and initiate the conversion to a new PLM platform. Establish and lead the Centre of Expertise (CoE) for ETO and EFI, promoting best practices, tools, and knowledge sharing. Develop and implement standardized project and resource management methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to align strategic objectives and ensure successful project execution. Monitor performance through KPIs and metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across engineering functions. Mentor and develop a team of experts and junior managers to build a high-performing engineering support organization.
