Procurement Specialist

Convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders. Ensure fulfillment of production requirements for procured parts by expediting and rescheduling goods receipts when necessary. Manage the subcontracting process when required. Optimize supply management to minimize inventory levels. Manage supplier forecasts when needed. Maintain visibility of stock levels and support inventory optimization at the supplier’s site. Develop a solid understanding of production processes and support production capacity planning. Coordinate and manage supplier quality issues when required.
