Field Service Engineer – Automation

Install, commission and test Sidel equipment, including single machines and complete production lines Troubleshoot, prevent and adopt corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical and automated machines within high-speed production lines Execute precise technical diagnostics, share feedback with internal support teams and propose corrective actions Administrate equipment upgrades and optimisation, including hardware and software updates Collaborate closely with project managers and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction Train and empower client operators and maintenance technicians to ensure efficient equipment handling Report after sales opportunities detected on Customer site; Comply fully with Sidel and client safety rules, with clear communications throughout interventions
