Lead equipment projects from Kick Off Meeting (KOM) to Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and shipment follow-up activities Organize and drive equipment KOM, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and delivery milestones Conduct and lead risk assessments while monitoring project costs, timing, and execution performance Secure runoff activities, internal qualifications, and readiness for customer acceptance phases Coordinate Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and FAT activities with customers, supporting a customer-centric approach and strong communication Follow shipment, installation, and site activities in close collaboration with global teams and partners
