Advanced Associate, Customer Success

The Associate, Customer Success (Content) supports customers by executing defined onboarding and early adoption activities related to licensed content access and usage. This role focuses on helping customers understand what content they have purchased, how to access it, and how to consume it effectively.

You will follow documented playbooks to setup new customers and support content consumption. This role is ideal for a developing professional who is building foundational Customer Success skills while gaining experience supporting content adoption.
