Food and Beverage Assistant

Main responsabilities and tasks Prepare/setup operations according to criteria. To follow ordering protocol. Control and preservation of stock. Implement HACCP and product control in the various sections. To be innovative and consistent in quality control. Effective communication/work with the students and instructors. Provide feedback and support to the instructors concerning student evolvement. Making recommendations on food and wine pairings. Provide impeccable service to guests, ensuring their dining experience meets and exceeds expectations. Knowledgeably present menu items, assisting guests with recommendations and accommodating special dietary requirements. Manage table settings and maintain a tidy dining area. Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders. Handle guest feedback with professionalism and tact, resolving any issues promptly to ensure their satisfaction. Contribute to a positive and productive working environment, embracing and promoting our establishment's values. The ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, with a positive and professional attitude.
