Bartender

Responsibilities: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established standards and recipes Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient service to guests, students, staff, and visitors Ensure the bar and terrace are properly set up, clean, organized, and well-presented throughout operations Support the planning and execution of special events, receptions, and tasting sessions Assist restaurant operations when required to ensure seamless guest service Manage beverage and supply stock levels, report shortages or breakages, and contribute to inventory control activities Receive, check, and store deliveries in line with established procedures Support practical classes and training activities by assisting students and demonstrating professional hospitality standards Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient learning and working environment for students and colleagues Comply with all hygiene, health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations, and report any equipment maintenance issues
