SharePoint Administration with Power Platform Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad Experience: 6-15 Years Key Skills SharePoint Online Administration Power Platform Administration (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse) PowerShell & PnP PowerShell Power Platform Governance & DLP Policies CI/CD (Azure DevOps / GitHub) ShareGate Migrations Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Azure AD / Entra ID Responsibilities Administer and govern SharePoint Online and Power Platform environments. Manage permissions, site lifecycle, platform security, DLP policies, and environment governance. Support SharePoint migrations using ShareGate. Develop automation scripts using PowerShell/PnP PowerShell and maintain CI/CD pipelines. Monitor platform health, usage, compliance, and operational risks. Collaborate with security, compliance, architecture, and development teams. Maintain governance documentation, standards, and operational runbooks. Required Experience Strong enterprise-level SharePoint Online administration experience. Hands-on Power Platform administration, governance, and environment management. Experience with PowerShell, PnP PowerShell, Visual Studio Code, and ShareGate. Knowledge of CI/CD, data governance, security, and compliance practices. Preferred Experience in regulated/compliance-driven environments. Azure DevOps or GitHub pipeline management. Exposure to Copilot and AI-enabled Microsoft 365 workloads.
