About The Role
The Reward Analyst/Reward Specialist is an individual contributor who supports the day-to-day delivery of compensation activities across the Americas region. This role reports directly to the Head of HR – Americas, with a close working relationship with the Head of Reward and People Analytics to ensure alignment with central Reward practices. Day-to-day work direction and oversight is provided by the Reward and Analytics Manager. The role supports salary administration, market benchmarking, incentive plan tracking, and pay review administration. What You'll Be Doing Compensation Support Assist in the administration and maintenance of salary structures and job evaluation frameworks across the Americas. Co-ordinate the annual compensation review cycle, including preparing and validating data, building templates, and tracking approvals.Conduct market benchmarking analysis using external survey sources (e.g., WTW, Mercer) to support pay review discussions and Reward recommendations. Co-ordinate off-cycle salary processes, preparing relevant data and documentation in line with compensation guidelines. Support job evaluation activity in collaboration with the wider Reward and HR team, preparing role information and analysis for review through the agreed grading process. Review promotion cases against internal pay equity benchmarks and prepare analysis to support Reward and HR decision-making. Calculate compensation-related costs in coordination with Finance, ensuring accurate and timely cost impact analysis for any reward decisions. I ncentive Plan Administration Calculate Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) payouts accurately and on schedule, ensuring alignment with plan rules, eligibility criteria, and attainment data. Maintain accurate records of eligibility, quota assignments, and attainment data for incentive participants. Assist in preparing reports and summaries for Finance and Sales leadership on incentive spend and performance. HR Systems Operations Partner with HR Operations to identify and resolve data discrepancies and process gaps. Work in close alignment with the Watson-Marlow Reward team to support the local application of global reward frameworks, toolkits, and initiatives across the Americas, ensuring local practices remain consistent with global standards. Compliance Administration Assist with pay transparency compliance by maintaining required documentation and supporting reporting obligations across U.S. states and other jurisdictions. Contribute to ongoing process improvement in reward administration and analytics workflows. Who You'll Be Working With As the Reward Analyst/Reward Specialist, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across the Americas HR team and beyond: Head of HR-Americas – your direct manager Head of Reward and People Analytics – close working relationship, ensuring alignment with central Reward practices and functional direction on key Reward activities. Reward and Analytics Manager – provides day-to-day guidance, prioritisation and technical review HR Business Partners – to support compensation decisions, data requests, and employee life cycle transactions Finance Teams – to align on headcount and incentive data HR Systems Operations Teams – to maintain data accuracy across ADP Workforce Now and Cornerstone for compensation records Watson-Marlow Reward team – to receive and localize global frameworks and tools Sales Leadership – for incentive plan data, eligibility tracking, and payout reporting This Is What You'll Need to Be Successful 1–5 years of experience in compensation or a related analytical role; the specific level of experience and depth of subject-matter expertise required will be determined based on the final scope and grading of the role Strong Excel and data skills, including the ability to build models, manipulate large datasets, and work with formulas, pivot tables, and lookups Familiarity with HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Cornerstone, or similar platforms Exposure to compensation concepts – salary bands, market benchmarking, pay review cycles High attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong sense of data integrity and confidentiality Ability to organize and prioritize work independently in a fast-paced, decentralized environment Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to present data findings to non-technical stakeholders Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn – this role offers significant exposure and growth in the reward space Physical Requirements Communication : Effective communication skills to interact with colleagues in person, by phone, or via video conferencing tools (e.g., Teams or Zoom).
