We are hiring a highly motivated Senior Travel Designer to join us and contribute to the success of our sales team.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of prior experience in similar roles & will be responsible for assisting the sales team in achieving targets, promoting and selling travel packages, and providing excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about travel and sales.

Responsibilities

Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets
Design itineraries and trip presentations for customers
Provide excellent customer service to clients
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or in person
Prepare and maintain sales materials and product information in our system
Process bookings and reservations accurately
Collaborate with other team members to provide the best possible customer experience
Stay up-to-date with product and industry knowledge
At least 2 years of prior experience in similar roles
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Fluency in English and Greek, both spoken and written
Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the travel industry
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Proficiency in Google Workspace applications
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
