About The Role

◆ Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the followings

◆ Lead Coffee Portfolio Strategy: Advance our comprehensive coffee bean portfolio, strategically managing diverse roast profiles, expanding DECAF and core bean choices, and driving the commercial growth of packaged beans.

◆ Drive Brewing & Equipment Innovation: Lead the exploration, testing, and national rollout of new brewing formats and advanced coffee machines to elevate commercial extraction efficiency and unlock new commercial opportunities (e.g., Breakfast Combo integration).

◆ Elevate Reserve Brand Premiumization: Elevate the Starbucks Reserve brand through targeted product innovation pipelines, distinct brand propositions, and end-to-end business management to reinforce authority in the premium segment.

◆ Implement Tailored Store Assortments: Design and implement store-specific coffee offerings (Core vs. Reserve, specialized brewing options) tailored to distinct trade zones and customer profiles, driving our hyper-localized beverage strategies.

◆ Build Grassroots Innovation Pipeline: Empower Area Coffee Masters (ACMs) and store partners to incubate regional beverage concepts, establishing a structured "open innovation" pathway to amplify local successes into scalable national rollouts.

◆ Passionate and savvy in F&B industry, coffee retail experience is a plus

◆ Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, fostering a culture of warmth, passion, and results orientation

◆ Extensive experience in category strategy development, business analytics and portfolio management experience expected to have strong strategic thinking to design platform architecture and generate actionable business growth plans.

◆ Strong communication skills and project management capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Store Operations, Marketing) and drive new initiative implementation from pilot to national scale.

◆ Proven ability to translate complex consumer insights and regional Usage & Attitude (U&A) dynamics into localized product strategies.

◆ Self-motivated, results driven, strong learning agility and attention to details

◆ Excellent English and Chinese both in oral and written

◆ Deep passion for coffee and Starbucks brand lover preferred.
