About The Role

Support Center and Store Operations Connection

  • ◆ Serve as the primary connection between private domain and digital businesses and Operations, translating Support
  • Center objectives into actionable store plans.
  • ◆ Establish effective communication with Operations, Regional Operations and Regional Marketing.
  • ◆ Identify process, resource and operational issues affecting execution and drive resolution.

Store Acquisition and Partner Engagement

  • ◆ Own partner competitions, incentives and store activation mechanisms for private domain acquisition.
  • ◆ Design participation, competition rules, communication rhythms and result tracking.
  • ◆ Summarize best practices from high-performing stores and drive improvement actions in weaker regions.

Campaign Execution and BNTK

  • ◆ Assess campaign feasibility from store process, partner action and customer experience perspectives.
  • ◆ Develop store execution plans, timelines, ownership and checking mechanisms.
  • ◆ Own BNTK and other Operations communication and follow up on cascade and execution during launch.

Store Feedback, Materials and Logistics

  • ◆ Identify execution issues and best practices through store visits, partner interviews, regional feedback and data.
  • ◆ Bring store insights back to the Support Center to improve campaign mechanics and store experience.
  • ◆ Coordinate production, quantity, warehousing, distribution, delivery and usage feedback for acquisition and campaign
  • materials.

RMIP Planning and Target Tracking

  • ◆ Coordinate private domain and digital business RMIP plans with Operations regions, defining actions, owners,
  • rhythms and targets.
  • ◆ Continuously track execution and target delivery, identify gaps and drive improvement.
  • ◆ Consolidate regional performance, best practices and key issues to support business strategy improvement.

Summary of Experience

  • ◆ Five or more years of Starbucks Operations experience, with deep understanding of store partners, store processes
  • and daily operations, supported by a strong performance record.
  • ◆ Successful experience and practical knowledge in private domain customer acquisition, including partner actions,
  • customer communication and key success factors in stores.
  • ◆ Experience understanding Support Center policies and business strategies and translating them into executable store
  • plans.
  • ◆ Practical store-level experience and ideas relating to marketing campaigns, member acquisition and digital
  • businesses.
  • ◆ Experience delivering cross-region or large-scale store initiatives and coordinating RMIP plans.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • ◆ Deep understanding of Starbucks store Operations and partner ways of working, with the ability to assess feasibility
  • across different store environments.
  • ◆ Ability to understand Support Center policies, business objectives and campaign mechanics and translate them into
  • simple, actionable store plans.
  • ◆ Knowledge of private domain acquisition and strong partner engagement and Operations communication capabilities.
  • ◆ Ability to read business data, track targets, identify gaps and drive improvement actions.
  • ◆ Strong influencing, project management, problem-solving and store-listening capabilities.
  • ◆ Proactive, practical and accountable, with willingness to spend time in stores and continuously drive results.
