Job Title: Lead Rehabilitation Therapist Division/Program: Acacia Mental Health Rehabilitation Center Starting Compensation: 71,163.76 - 85,396.51 USD Per Year Working Location: Redwood City: Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (In-person position) Working Hours/Shift: FT, Tuesday-Saturday, AM shift (9:00 am-5:30 pm) Why Join Our Team? Employee Recognition & Rewards : A culture that celebrates and rewards your hard work and dedication What you bring to SBHG (qualifications) : Education / Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a social science field plus two (2) years of experience working in a behavioral health field is required. Master’s degree in a social science field preferred. License or Certification: Occupational Therapist (OT), Music Therapist, Art Therapist, Dance Therapist or Recreation Therapist. Current CPR certification. Valid California Driver’s License and current automobile insurance and must maintain a driving record that meets the company driver's eligibility policy. How you will make a difference (job overview): The Rehabilitation Therapist is responsible for providing direct and indirect rehabilitation services to participants. These services are provided through individualized and/or group activities for participants. Division/Program Overview: MHRC is a 16 bed, inpatient program that provides intensive support and rehabilitative services. The individuals served are 18-64 years old with mental health struggles that have necessitated placement in a state hospital or other intensive behavioral health facility. Comprehensive behavioral health and psychiatric services are provided by a multidisciplinary team.
