Lead the comprehensive financial and tax management for our Poland factory, overseeing accounting, taxation, and financial planning.

Drive financial performance and ensure the integrity of financial operations as a strategic business partner.

Develop and enhance financial and tax management systems tailored to the plant's operational needs.

Manage annual budgeting, track performance, and provide actionable insights through detailed variance analysis.

Establish and optimize cost control systems, identifying savings opportunities and supporting implementation of improvements.

Champion the implementation and optimization of ERP systems like SAP for financial and cost modules, ensuring local statutory compliance.

Build, train, and mentor a strong local finance team, fostering continuous learning in financial and business knowledge.

Oversee major operational initiatives and key projects for the subsidiary, ensuring successful execution and coordination.

Your profile

All right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, in order to fit into this role and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:

Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA) being highly preferred.

Possess a minimum of 8 years of finance experience in large-scale manufacturing, including at least 3 years in a senior overseas financial management role.

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of EU/International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), local tax policies, and labor laws.

Have experience in greenfield project setup or building a finance function from inception.

Exhibit excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills, coupled with strong learning agility and adaptability.

Be fluent in both English and Chinese (C2 level) as working languages.

Have hands-on experience with SAP and be willing to relocate and work long-term in the Wroclaw area of Poland.
