As
Country Manager - Poland
, you will take full ownership of our business development and market presence across the country. This is a senior leadership role where strategy, people, and commercial excellence come together to drive Sungrow’s growth across PV, Energy Storage, and EV Charging.
Your key responsibilities include
- Define and execute a country strategy to grow market share across PV, ESS, and EV Charging segments
- Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing local team, fostering collaboration, ownership, and sustainable success
- Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, partners, authorities, and industry stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and translate market trends into actionable growth initiatives
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L responsibilities to ensure healthy and sustainable financial performance
- Act as Sungrow’s brand ambassador in Poland, representing our values towards customers, partners, and the wider energy community

- Proven track record in business development, sales leadership, or general management, ideally within the solar or renewable energy sector
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to succeed in competitive and fast‑moving markets
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience building and motivating diverse teams
- Strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate market insights into clear execution plans
- Strong commitment to sustainability and genuine passion for the energy transition
- Polish and English language skills at minimum C1 level according to CEFR
