Insurance Intern

to join our team and play a key role in how we manage, track, and optimize our claims processes across the organization. Sounds like your kind of challenge? Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

Coordinate the end-to-end claims data collection process, including structured intake, validation, and consolidation of all relevant documentation

Maintain and continuously improve internal claims tracking systems, ensuring data is accurate, consistent, and always accessible to the right stakeholders

Act as the central coordination point between insurers, brokers, and internal teams - keeping claim progress on track and driving timely resolutions

Support the development of data-driven claims reporting, including performance dashboards, trend analyses, and key risk insights

Contribute to the optimization and digitalization of claims management workflows, including system updates, platform maintenance, and process standardization

Your profile

A background or demonstrated interest in insurance, administration, or risk management - you know what claims management is all about

Strong attention to detail paired with structured organizational skills; you keep documentation clear, logical, and easy to navigate

Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with experience or familiarity in data management, reporting tools, or system-based workflows

Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills - you're comfortable working across internal teams and external partners alike

An analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach; you don't just spot problems, you help solve them

High reliability, accuracy, and a sense of ownership when it comes to recurring operational tasks

Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment - a fast onboarding capability is a real plus
