Daily Sun-Rise Meeting to get the inputs on on-going activities and over all support to site team HIARO & AIR (Aspect and Impact Register), updation and its implementation DHSER & in-process Inspection during all activities Implementation of Emergency Preparedness To conduct mock drills and safety meetings at Sites and report for MIS etc. Identification of critical HSE aspects & impacts Participation & leading the HSE Improvement Project (HSEIP) To conduct various HSE activities like Canteen / GH / PPEs inspection on monthly basis Ensuring satisfactory closure of all observations of all HSE audits / visits Monitoring the analysis of DHSER & closure of actions Incoming material inspection (PPEs, Emergency Tools etc.) Inventory management and upkeep of fire fighting system, PPE and other tools, gears Ensuring participation in accident investigation and CAPA HSE KAIZEN follow-up Legal compliances updating Creating awareness through various campaigns like Safety Week celebration, Environment Day, Fire Day, etc. Imparting training to Company and Contractor Employees
