Team Member- Fleet Engineering services IL E&E

Key Responsibilities: 1. Generator, Power Systems & Component Testing Perform error and failure analysis; identify design improvements for Generator, Power Transformer (TFR), DFIG, SFS, and Motors. Support site commissioning activities for WTG & DFIG systems. Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for component failures. Analyze repeated errors and failures to implement corrective actions. 2. Technical Support & Fleet Performance Provide technical support for turbine operations and maintenance. Improve turbine stabilization and reliability at site. Enhance fleet availability and optimize performance. Work towards improving MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures). 3. Error Analysis & Reliability Conduct error analysis using SCADA data. Support reliability and stabilization initiatives for wind turbine systems. 4. Component Validation & Quality Processes Validate components at site and plant level. Participate in DCP (Design Change Process) activities. Handle NCR (Non-Conformance Report) system and prepare MIS reports. Assist in ISO 9001 & 14001 audits and ensure compliance. Collaborate with DCP team for project-related activities. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of electrical systems: Generators, Power Transformers, Motors, Inverters, PLCs. Expertise in DFIG system testing, validation, and commissioning. Proficiency in SCADA data analysis and troubleshooting. Familiarity with NCR handling, MIS reporting, and ISO standards. Problem-solving and root cause analysis skills. Ability to work in cross-functional teams and support site operations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. 3–6 years of experience in wind turbine technology or electrical systems. Knowledge of power electronics, PLC programming, and component testing.
