Operations Engineer

Please enter job description Technical responsibilities • Perform preventive maintenance (PM) tasks such as inspecting yaw drive systems, mainframes, girders, generators, pitch systems, gearboxes, electrical systems, drivetrain components, and brake systems to proactively identify potential faults and prevent breakdowns • Conduct preventive retightening and verification of bolted connections on mainframes and girders, adhering strictly to torque specifications • Complete preventive checks for generator alignment, covering vertical, horizontal, and axial alignments, and ensuring compliance with equipment standards • Address and rectify breakdown maintenance (BD) issues promptly across all technical systems, ensuring minimal downtime and swift restoration of operational performance • Manage special technical projects involving SCADA and network management, maintaining system integrity and operational continuity Non-technical responsibilities • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all PM and BD activities, clearly capturing inspection results, alignment measurements, and actions taken • Provide clear technical reports based on preventive and corrective maintenance activities conducted across various systems • Coordinate with operational teams, sharing relevant technical findings to facilitate smooth site operations • Communicate with stakeholders on equipment status, maintenance schedules, and operational issues
