Incharge - Planning & OFC

Manage end‑to‑end production planning and order fulfilment coordination (OFC) for plant operations Prepare and drive daily, weekly, and monthly production plans aligned with customer orders and plant capacity Ensure timely coordination between Planning, Production, SCM, Stores, and Logistics for smooth execution Track order fulfilment cycle from order receipt to dispatch and ensure adherence to committed timelines Monitor plan vs actual production and dispatch performance; identify gaps and drive corrective actions Ensure material readiness and coordinate with Purchase / Materials teams to avoid production disruptions Manage WIP, finished goods inventory, and dispatch prioritization to meet delivery targets Support Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and sequencing of orders based on customer priorities Maintain planning and OFC dashboards, MIS reports, and order tracking systems Coordinate with Logistics for dispatch planning, documentation, and delivery closures Ensure ERP discipline for planning transactions, order tracking, and dispatch updates Support customer / internal stakeholders for order status updates, escalations, and delivery commitments
