Group Company: Suzlon Energy Limited Designation: Lead - State Security Office Location: Banugar Jamnagar (Office) Position description: Description Primary Responsibilities: Lead and manage state‑level security operations to ensure protection of assets, employees, contractors, and infrastructure across OMS sites and offices. Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols in line with OMS standards and statutory requirements. Oversee deployment and performance of security personnel, agencies, and access control systems at all state locations. Ensure security of critical assets including WTGs, substations, warehouses, guest houses, CMS, and offices. Coordinate with administration, site teams, and local authorities to manage security risks, incidents, and emergency situations. Conduct periodic security risk assessments, audits, and surprise checks, and ensure timely closure of observations. Monitor compliance with contractual, legal, and statutory obligations related to security services and manpower. Manage security vendors, contracts, SLAs, and costs, and drive continuous improvement in security effectiveness. Maintain incident records, investigation reports, and prepare regular MIS on security status and risk mitigation actions. Promote security awareness among employees and contractors and maintain a strong culture of vigilance across OMS operations.
