About The Role

  • 1.管理并改善RD/量产过程中发生的Excursion及Baseline defect；
  • 2.设定合理Defect Detection，包括站点/机台/Sample选择；
  • 3.设定Defect 改善目标，达成良率目标；
  • 4.与PIE/Modules等合作，共同完成良率、产能、成本等项目目标；
  • 5.创建Defect相关系统及数据库，推进Defect管理智能化。
  • 1.全日制统招本科及以上学历，10年以上FAB YE相关经验；
  • 2.熟悉Defect检测原理及相关机台；
  • 3.熟悉Prcess及各Module设备基本原理；
  • 4.良好的沟通协调能力，富有责任心，抗压能力较强；
  • 5.有三年以上团队管理经验优先。
