About The Role

1.负责YE部门日常lot操作, WIP管理, 缺陷分类, Support module加扫lot和元素成分分析等需求；
2.在FAB建立初期, 负责FOUP搬运以及lot running. 建立Ops所需SOP, 培训新员工；
3.辅助YE工程师批量处理lot和recipe验证的相关业务, 配合完成工程师下达的任务；
4.辅助MI工程师处理tool相关事宜, 包含alarm lot的处理和lot documentation. 管控MI复机后的tool matching结果查验, 包含tool matching running以及matching SPC结果查验；
5.负责YE tool performance 常规运作。
1.大专学历，3年以上半导体Defect部门operation工作经验；
2.熟悉线上操作，对defect operation有一定理解；
3.有FAB Setup及验收经验优先；
4.吃苦耐劳，能接受翻班工作模式；
5.良好的沟通能力和跨部门协调能力。
