Asset Management - Client Service - Institutional Contract Specialist - Associate

The Contract Specialist Team sits within JPMorgan Asset Management’s Client Service organization. The Contract Specialist (Associate) supports the Institutional North America business, partnering with Client Service, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Tax, and Operations to deliver accurate, timely client agreements within a well-controlled process.

The Associate drafts agreement language, synthesizes client feedback, develops a point of view on proposed terms, and prepares clear, decision-ready recommendations for stakeholders. The individual will also contribute to projects that strengthen the contracting operating model, enhance controls and consistency, and drive improvements across the agreement lifecycle.
