Your Tasks

You’ll own the operation and evolution of OpenStack-based private clouds, focusing on reliability, upgrades, automation, and solving real infrastructure problems across compute, network, and storage.

This is a role for someone who likes infrastructure foundations, not just pipelines.

Run and evolve an OpenStack private cloud (ops, upgrades, stability)

Automate infrastructure work

Troubleshoot infra issues across Linux, virtualisation, storage, and networking

Improve observability, reliability, and security baseline

What do we expect from you?

Key Requirements

• At least,
• 3 years of working experience
• Hands-on experience with

OpenStack

• in production
• Strong Linux systems administration skills
• Experience with virtualization (
• KVM or simila
• r

)

• Good understanding of networking basics (
• VLANs, routing, firewalls, load balancing

)

• Experience with infrastructure automation (
• Ansible required, Terraform is a plus

)

Familiarity with monitoring tools like

Prometheus, Grafana or ELK

• Solid understanding of storage systems (
• Ceph, NFS, iSCSI or similar

)

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• You are comfortable communicating in

English

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with public cloud (

AWS, Azure or GCP

)

Knowledge of message queues (

Kafka, RabbitMQ

)

Basic understanding of security concepts (

IAM, TLS
