Posting job openings on various job boards and internal platforms. Screening resumes according to the requirements of each vacancy. Conducting pre-screening phone interviews and supporting interview coordination with hiring managers. Updating the candidate database and tracking applicants in the ATS. Supporting in-person and/or video interviews together with the recruitment team. Managing administrative tasks throughout the process (documentation, interview invitations, candidate reports). Collaborating on employer branding initiatives (university events, job fairs, social media content).
