Senior RF & Antenna Technical Lead - Relocation Spain

Lead end-to-end development of phased array antenna systems (from requirements to production) Drive design of AESA radar antennas across different frequency bands (X, S, etc.) Define system architecture and ensure integration with radar and communication systems Coordinate with cross-functional teams : mechanical, RF, FW/SW, manufacturing, and supply chain Develop and execute verification validation plans (RF, environmental, thermal, mechanical) Oversee antenna measurements (anechoic chamber, near-field, far-field) Support industrialization processes , including manufacturing documentation and supplier coordination Contribute to ESA / ECSS-based projects and compliance frameworks
