Planning Engineer

Procurement of services through Ariba. Administratively manage the contracting or purchasing of services necessary to carry out maintenance, repair, upgrade, or support activities. Monitor the status of service requests submitted by Service Support. Verify that the purchases or contracts necessary for support activities are progressing as planned. Monitor deadlines, approvals, and deliveries to prevent delays in customer service. Monitor internal actions within the Service Support department. Ensure that actions resulting from incidents, modifications, or maintenance are completed. Monitor the weekly activity plan. Review the status of interventions, updates, repairs, or maintenance activities. Monitor resource needs originating from Service Support. Identify which resources are needed to carry out the planned work.
