Coordinateur Médical - Bilingue Français et Anglais F/H - Lisbonne

THE POSITION Our Medical Department is recruiting a "Medical Coordinator - FR and EN speaker W/M" on a permanent contract, to meet our growth challenges. Your position is based in Lisbon. As a Medical Coordinator, you will carry out administrative tasks: Ensure the timely collection, validation, tracking, and availability of medical information and documentation. Verify the completeness, accuracy, and quality of medical information and documentation within agreed timelines and the existing administrative procedures. Ensure accurate data entry into our internal tool (Medcase). Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to obtain required documentation and provide guidance when needed in compliance with confidentiality, privacy, and regulatory requirements. Escalate sensitive cases, delays, and issues, while supporting corrective actions. Contribute to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and information management. You manage Prevention plan: Centralise client requests with a view to organising health check-ups. Creation and follow-up of client’s request in the internal tool (Medcase). Retrieve medical information from medical providers. Manage convocations for your international perimeter. You will be responsible for the management of contingency plans: manage life files (sick leaves for our french clients). YOUR PROFILE You have a bachelor's degree, with or without experience in insurance but your personality interests us just as much. You have experience in a multinational environment and teamwork skills. You are dynamic organized pro-active, friendly and patient. You must be bilingual in English and French in order to carry out your missions.
