BI & AI Enablement Manager

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Serve as a lead individual contributor in the design, development, and delivery of dashboards, data models, and reporting solutions. Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Analytics to translate business needs into actionable insights and scalable reporting solutions. Manage and optimize BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Amazon QuickSight), ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability. Drive data governance and ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity across reporting assets. Identify and implement process improvements, including automation and standardization of reporting workflows. Manage and prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic and tactical work. Troubleshoot complex data and reporting issues, providing root cause analysis and resolution. Communicate status, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders and leadership. Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to support data pipelines, architecture, and platform enhancements. Adhere to all organizational information security policies and promptly report any security risks or incidents. Perform additional duties as assigned.
