Our goal is to empower students from marginalized backgrounds in India. To achieve scale we use technology with AI and NLP-powered WhatsApp chatbot to build co-curricular electives to nurture creativity, self-confidence, and problem-solving abilities.

Our flagship WhatsApp Chatbot, TAP Buddy, offers electives such as Visual and Performing Arts, Coding, STEM, and Financial Literacy.

Currently, TAP is impacting over 34,000 students across ten states in India. TAP students display a 2x improvement in creativity and a 74% improvement in self-confidence. In 2024-25, TAP aims to work with 100,000 students across multiple states through various government partnerships.

  • 6 to 7 hours per week

Key Job Areas

Role Summary

As a Volunteer – School Visit Support, you will play a key role in supporting the on-ground implementation of TAP programs in government schools. Your engagement will focus on facilitating key processes such as student orientation, teacher onboarding, classroom sessions, and data collection. This is an excellent opportunity to gain grassroots-level experience in the education sector and contribute meaningfully to student learning outcomes.

Role Description

  • Conduct school visits across different TAP cities.
  • Support student induction and orientation sessions.
  • Facilitate HM/teacher registration and orientation.
  • Conduct parent orientation sessions in coordination with school staff.
  • Assist in executing and observing TAP classes during school hours.
  • Guide and support students in artifact creation for showcases.
  • Facilitate video lectures and maintain classroom coordination.
  • Support with in-person baseline data collection from schools and students.
